RNAscope™ technology is a routinely used method over broad research areas such as neuroscience, immune-oncology, stem cell research or infectious diseases. This technology enables rapid and efficient detection of single mRNA or co-expression of different target mRNAs, for instance cell-specific markers, with high specificity in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues. This capacity to provide single-cell and single-RNA molecule gene expression analysis in the morphological context of complex tissue, makes RNAscope™ ISH assay an essential tool to complement technologies like IHC, qPCR or NGS.
Our recent advances in RNAscope™ technology, now enables detection of any mRNA and detection of exon junction. The presenters at this symposium will discuss how they have successfully applied RNA ISH in neuroscience, immune-oncology and additionally will highlight the benefits of RNAscope™ technology.
We extend our invitation to you and your peers scientists from various groups who are applying molecular methods to analyze various cell-types from different tissues and would be interested in enhancing research with new RNA analysis technologies.
