The RNAscope™ in situ hybridization (ISH) technology provides a powerful method to detect gene expression within the spatial and morphological context of fresh frozen, fixed frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissues. The proprietary 'double Z' probe design in combination with the advanced signal amplification enables the detection of gene transcripts in single cells at a single molecule level with robust signal-to-noise.
RNAscope™ technology overview encompassing detection of mRNAs, splice variants, point mutations, miRNAs and more using HiPlex™, BaseScope™, miRNAscope™, and Co-Detection assays.
